Welcome to our Animation Festival, where you will find a collection of creative and unique animated films from around the world. However, before you proceed to view any of the films, we would like to inform you of certain risks and content that may not be suitable for all audiences. Please read the following disclaimer carefully before proceeding.
By accessing this Animation Festival, you agree that you are aware of and understand the potential risks associated with viewing content that may be offensive, inappropriate, or graphic in nature. Therefore, the Festival site reserves all rights to showcase films that may contain mature themes, nudity, violence, and strong language. Viewer discretion is advised.
Furthermore, the Festival submissions must opt-out if they do not wish to participate in the Festival. Although we take all necessary measures to ensure geolocation coding and functions, it may not always function due to known ways to circumvent geolocational restricted content.
As a Festival platform, we allow film directors to request the removal of their films at any time, and we also offer means to allow film content owners to modify film content data on our platform. However, these changes may take 5-7 days before being reflected.

It is essential to note that not all films are rated, and some may contain subject matter that may be offensive or distasteful. Therefore, we encourage viewer discretion.
Directors and film submitters are encouraged to provide as much data about their film as possible and adjust their film submission settings to reflect the Festival criteria and data. We also encourage film directors and submissions to inform the platform if their film contains any adult content or is suitable for children's audiences.
Please note that films can be removed and disqualified at any time, and user accounts, as well as film maker status and access, could be revoked at any given time.
Finally, we do not guarantee the delivery of screening content. The prizes and contest rules are subject to administration creation and can change at any time. Contest rules are subject to change if a flaw or circumstance of gaining advantage loophole or manipulation is detected and occurs.
