Streamtacular User Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy

Overview

Welcome to Streamtacular.com, a co-function of PSIAF.org. This document outlines the terms of service, user agreement, and privacy policy that govern your use of our platform, as well as submission and streaming of films through Film Freeway or directly via Streamtacular.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or submitting to Streamtacular.com, you agree to the terms described herein. These terms apply to all users, including directors, creators, viewers, and administrators. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.

Film Submissions

• Film Freeway is our primary submission portal. However, users may also submit directly to Streamtacular.com.
• By submitting a film via Film Freeway, you grant Streamtacular.com and PSIAF.org the express right to stream and showcase the submitted content during festival seasons.
• Submitted films may be used for official festival functions and presentations during festival season only unless the submitter opts in to allow use outside the festival period.
• Out-of-season use or archival display is opt-in only. This includes showcases, award reruns, or promotional highlight reels within the Streamtacular.com ecosystem.
• All content remains exclusive to Streamtacular.com, PSIAF.org, and official affiliates such as Film Freeway unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Submitters retain all ownership rights to their content.
• Streamtacular does not claim ownership over any film, video, or related media submitted.
• By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to stream and present your content for festival and opted-in purposes.

Privacy Policy

• We do not sell, trade, or transfer any personal data to third parties or affiliates.
• We collect only essential user data necessary for account functionality and festival operation.
• Data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized staff of PSIAF.org and Streamtacular.com.
• Users may delete their account at any time, which removes all personally identifiable data from our systems.

Geo-Blocking and Regional Restrictions

• Submitters may request regional geo-blocking for their films to restrict access in certain countries.
• Streamtacular offers this function to assist in regional control, but we make no guarantees regarding the total effectiveness of geo-blocking.
• Viewers may still circumvent these restrictions using VPNs or other tools.

Account Termination

• Accounts may be terminated at the sole discretion of Streamtacular.com or PSIAF.org for violations of this agreement or suspicious activity.
• Accounts associated with piracy, copyright violations, or abusive conduct will be removed without notice.

Content Restrictions and Platform Exclusivity

• Films streamed on Streamtacular.com are considered platform exclusive unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Directors and submitters can opt-out or remove their content at any time via the film management dashboard. Opting out may not apply during active festival seasons.

Modifications to Agreement

Streamtacular.com reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with updated revision dates. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
